Characteristics of Industrial Nitrogen Generator
The air purification system of this device has multiple filters. Firstly, the freeze-drying machine condenses the moisture in the air into ice, which falls to the bottom of the machine and becomes water before being discharged. Secondly, the filter separates the oil and particles in the air again to prevent them from entering the nitrogen generator.
The carbon molecular sieve of the nitrogen generator adopts the aging frequency modulation filling process, and advanced filling technology can ensure its stable operation for more than 8 years.
PLC centrally controls the operation of the industrial nitrogen generator, the touch screen displays the operating parameters of the equipment, supports the connection of WiFi to achieve remote control, and analyzes the nitrogen purity, flow, dew point and other information.

Working process of industrial nitrogen generator
- The air compressor collects air and stores it in a tank, usually with a pressure of 0.6mpa
- The air in the jar enters the freeze-drying machine to filter the moisture in the air
- After filtering out moisture, the air still needs to go through two non powered filtering devices to filter out residual oil and particles in the air
- After cleaning, the air enters the nitrogen generator, and oxygen and other gases will be adsorb on the surface of carbon molecules. Nitrogen can pass smoothly and then enter the next adsorption tower to improve the purity of nitrogen in one step
- Nitrogen with unqualified purity will enter the first adsorption tower again and be further purified
