This box type brazing furnace is a factory suitable for small-scale production. Its main functions are welding plate and bar type aluminum heat exchanger, laminated oil cooler, and other aluminum products in other shapes.
The interior of the brazing furnace is of closed design. When the temperature is below 300℃, the vacuum pump will start to work continuously, and the vacuum pump will extract smoke and turbid gas from the furnace,
When the temperature reaches 298 ℃, the vacuum pump will immediately stop, and the nitrogen valve will automatically open. The furnace will be fill with nitrogen to protect the aluminum material from oxidation in high temperature environments.
The maximum working space of this brazing furnace is L1800 * H1000 * W600mm. If your product size is larger, we can make more space for you. Each of our furnaces is made according to the user’s requirements.

Accurate nitrogen control
Before nitrogen enters the furnace, there is a stabilizing valve that controls the pressure of nitrogen. Then, nitrogen enters the flow control valve, and engineers can intuitively view the flow rate of nitrogen. Nitrogen entering the furnace is control by an electronic valve, which can be useing for indirect or continuous nitrogen filling The nitrogen consumption of the brazing furnace is very economical.

Control system of box type brazing furnace
This brazing furnace is component of heating device, cooling device, vacuum system, nitrogen conveying device, PLC and touch screen intelligent control, etc.
The heating device is divided into two independent heating areas, four thermocouples collect temperature data, they are two thermocouples in the furnace, two thermocouples are in the heating compartment, and there is a highly sealed fan in the furnace to circulate heat, so as to maintain good temperature uniformity in the furnace.
- The cooling device is two 2.2kW fans. One fan is install behind the brazing furnace, and the other fan is install on the top of the furnace. The two fans blow cooling air to the heating compartment at the same time to achieve efficient cooling.
- A vacuum pump is an independent working device that usually operates at temperatures between 0-300 ℃. During this temperature stage, it has a degreasing effect, and plate and bar heat exchangers usually release some gas and smoke. The vacuum pump is use to remove the gas from the furnace and maintain a high level of cleanliness inside the furnace
- The nitrogen delivery pipeline has been scientifically design with pressure stabilizing valves, visual flow control, and electronic valves that automatically control the inflation and closure of nitrogen. Your factory only needs to connect nitrogen to this box type brazing furnace, and its working steps will be finish by itself.
- The PLC adopts Mitsubishi brand, and the touch screen adopts the latest model. It can meet the transmission technology of the Internet of Things, which means it can access the Internet. As long as your factory has WiFi signals, or your mobile phone turns on WiFi hotspots, the brazing furnace can access the Internet, and Chinese engineers can remotely control it, upgrade programs, troubleshoot, process improvement and other operations.
