The manufacturing process of liquid nitrogen

  1. Air compression and purification

The air compressor reduces the air pressure to 0.7 MPa, and then undergoes freeze-drying to separate moisture and oil from the air. The filter removes dust and mechanical impurities from the air.

  1. Temperature cleaning

Cold air enters the canister of the molecular sieve, and the temperature cleanses impurities such as carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons. Usually, two molecular sieve canisters work together, one canister is useing to adsorb impurities, and the other canister is useing for heating and regeneration.

  1. Air cooling

When pure air enters the cold box, a small portion of the gas enters the turboexpander to provide refrigeration, while the remaining air enters the cold box and is cooling to -180℃, completely turning the air into liquid.

  1. Gas separation

Liquid air undergoes preliminary separation in the lower tower, with nitrogen rising and oxygen sinking. The top is high-purity nitrogen and the bottom is high-purity oxygen.

  1. Distillation liquefaction

The nitrogen at the top condenses into liquid, and high-purity liquid nitrogen is collection at the top of the tower. The oxygen at the bottom condenses into liquid oxygen, and high-purity liquid oxygen is collection at the bottom of the tower.

Requirements of liquid nitrogen generator for factories

The building of the factory must have a grounding wire, and lightning rods need to be installed outdoors to prevent damage to the building caused by lightning weather.

The foundation of the fractionation tower needs to be independently reinforced to meet seismic requirements, with a horizontal ground level and reserved foundation screws and drainage pipes.

The high-voltage power supply indoors must be a closed room, kept ventilated and dry, to prevent workers from entering the room at will.

The central control room is a key location for monitoring the operation of liquid nitrogen generator machines, and it is necessary to maintain a good and suitable temperature indoors. If necessary, air conditioning should be installe in this room.

Install fire-fighting equipment in accordance with local laws and regulations, such as fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, etc.

Installation and debugging

This cryogenic liquid nitrogen generator consists of many independent devices. Installing this production line requires equipment such as cranes, forklifts, etc. The buyer needs to provide these devices and provide necessary assistance.

Installing this production line requires 2-3 Chinese engineers, and the buyer needs to provide all the expenses for each Chinese engineer, including airfare, hotel, visa, food, etc.

Chinese engineers can only speak Chinese and some simple English. If necessary, a language translator is needed to better complete this installation work.

When the machine installation is completion, there will be an engineer staying at your factory to train your engineers, operate the equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain the equipment.
