Design of Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
In the factory producing automobile radiator, the ultrasonic machine is usually made of stainless steel. The first sink

It has the functions of sewage circulation and filtration. With the passage of cleaning time, there will be floating oil stains on the water surface. These oil stains flow into the filtration tank through the water circulation system, keeping the water in the tank clean.
It has ultrasonic vibration function. When all parts are placed in the sink, the ultrasonic oscillator will emit a high-frequency vibration of 40KHz, allowing the metal parts to fully contact with water for efficient cleaning.
The second sink
This sink has a heating function, and its heating efficiency is the same as the first sink of Ultrasonic cleaning machine.
It has the function of bubbles. There is a tube at the bottom of the sink. There are many holes in this tube.
Compressed air will come out of these holes, making water produce many bubbles, thus improving the cleaning efficiency.
This sink does not have ultrasonic and sewage filtration functions.
The third sink
This sink only has bubble function, it does not have heating function, nor does it have ultrasonic and sewage filtration functions, because the main function of this sink is to clean the residual detergent on the surface of the parts.
