1. Bag loading: the bag is sent to the machine clip by taking it up and down, and there is no bag warning to reduce the labor intensity;
2. Print the production date: color band detection, stop the alarm when the color band is used up, touch screen display, and ensure the normal coding of the packaging bag;
3. Open the bag: open the bag for detection, do not open the bag, and do not drop the material to ensure that the material is not lost;
4. Filling material: check that the material is not filled and heat sealed to ensure no waste of bags;
5. Hot sealing: temperature abnormal alarm to ensure the sealing quality
6. Cooling shaping and discharging: ensure beautiful sealing.
Matters needing attention
1. Check the worm gear, worm, bolts on the lubricating block, bearings, and other moving parts once a month for flexible rotation and wear, and repair the defects in time
2. The environment of the pouch packing machine factory should be dry and clean, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids and other corrosive gases
3. After the machine is used or stopped, take out the rotating drum for cleaning and brush the remaining products in the bucket
4. When the drum moves back and forth during operation, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the rear of the bearing frame
